By using pktechie.com.au, Pagelyze, PKTechie CareHub or any PKTechie services, you agree to these Terms of Use and any policies linked from them, including the Privacy Policy. These services are operated by me, Prazin Karki (PK), trading as PKTechie.
These terms apply to use of the PKTechie website, Pagelyze website audit tools, PKTechie CareHub client portal, website support work, consulting, implementation services, reports, fix recommendations, support documents and any related communications.
This website is mainly aimed at small businesses in Australia, but it may be accessed from other locations. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website, Pagelyze, CareHub or PKTechie services.
PKTechie is operated by me, PK (Prazin Karki), a Sunbury-based web and AI frontend developer working with small businesses across Melbourne, Victoria and nearby areas. Pagelyze is a website health check tool that provides general information about website performance, SEO, accessibility and improvement opportunities.
PKTechie CareHub is a client support portal used to manage client onboarding, website support requests, support documents, comments, approvals, time logging, billing notes and service summaries for approved PKTechie clients.
CareHub is provided to help PKTechie clients understand their support setup, submit requests, review support documents, approve work where needed, track logged time and see billing or support summaries. CareHub is not a replacement for a signed proposal, statement of work, quote, invoice or separate written agreement. If there is an inconsistency, the latest accepted written quote, proposal, signed agreement or invoice will take priority to the extent of that inconsistency.
A client may be asked to review and accept their CareHub support setup before accessing the rest of the portal. Acceptance may be recorded with the accepting user's name, email address, date, time, client account and technical details such as IP address. That record is used for business administration, audit history and confirmation that the client has reviewed the displayed support setup.
Only authorised client users should access CareHub. If you are invited to CareHub on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to use the portal for that business and, where applicable, to accept the support setup or approve work on its behalf.
Support plans may include an agreed allocation of time, such as a fixed number of support hours per fortnight, month or other billing cycle. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the support allocation gives the client access to PKTechie's reserved support capacity for that cycle and may be used for agreed support tasks, website checks, small fixes, technical investigation, documentation, email or plugin checks, WooCommerce support, client communication, implementation notes and other approved support work.
Unused support hours do not automatically roll over to future cycles unless PKTechie agrees in writing. PKTechie may, where appropriate, use allocated support time for proactive work across approved client websites, including checks, small fixes, maintenance notes or improvement recommendations that are relevant to the client's supported websites.
Work outside the included support allocation, larger feature requests, redesigns, new builds, urgent emergency work, third-party licence costs, hosting costs, software subscriptions, paid plugins, copywriting, design assets or other out-of-scope work may be quoted, approved and billed separately.
Payment terms, invoice timing and billing cycle details should be shown in the relevant quote, invoice, proposal, CareHub support setup or written agreement. For example, a client may have 14-day payment terms from invoice issue date. Clear payment terms help set expectations for when payment is due, accepted payment methods and how overdue amounts may be handled.
Where PKTechie considers approval necessary, work may not begin until the client approves the estimate, scope, quote or task direction. Some small support tasks may be completed using an agreed support allocation without a separate approval for every minor action, provided the work is within the accepted support setup or written agreement.

PKTechie may suspend access to CareHub or pause support services where payment is overdue, access is misused, security is at risk, a client no longer has an active support arrangement, or where continued access would create legal, operational or security risk.
Either party may end or change an ongoing support arrangement in accordance with the relevant proposal, quote, invoice or written agreement. If no specific cancellation period is agreed, PKTechie asks clients to provide reasonable written notice so support work, access and billing can be closed out properly.
I may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the website, Pagelyze or CareHub at any time without notice. I do not guarantee that the website, Pagelyze or CareHub will be available at all times or free from errors or interruptions.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page.
