This privacy policy explains how I collect, use and protect your personal information when you use pktechie.com.au, the Pagelyze website health check tool, PKTechie CareHub client portal or PKTechie services.
My name is Prazin Karki (PK), and I operate under the business name PKTechie. I'm based in Sunbury, Victoria, Australia. You can contact me at admin@pktechie.com.au if you have any questions about this privacy policy or how I handle your personal information.
I collect the following types of information:
I usually collect personal information directly from you when you:
I may also collect some technical information automatically through server logs, cookies and analytics tools (for example IP address, browser type, pages visited, login events and timestamps).
Where it is practical to do so, you can interact with my website without telling me who you are (for example, by browsing the site without filling in a form). However, if you want me to respond to an enquiry, provide services, run a website audit, invite you to CareHub or manage client support requests, I will usually need at least your name, email address and relevant business details.
I use your information for the following purposes:
When you submit your details through the contact form, use Pagelyze, accept a CareHub support setup or use CareHub, you provide that information voluntarily so I can respond to your enquiry, provide the services you requested or manage the relevant client support relationship.
I collect and use personal information only where it is reasonably necessary for my business activities, such as operating the website, providing Pagelyze results, maintaining CareHub, managing client support services, maintaining security and keeping business records, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. In some cases I may also ask for your consent (for example, to send you updates about my services). You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting me.
CareHub is designed so each client can only access information connected to their own business or approved workspace. Client users should not attempt to access another client's requests, documents, billing notes, support history or files.
PKTechie admin users may access client workspace information where needed to provide support, manage onboarding, maintain the system, investigate issues, prepare billing summaries or meet legal and business record-keeping obligations.
If you upload files, screenshots, PDFs, briefs, website materials or support documents into CareHub or provide them by email, those materials may be stored and used to provide support services, understand the requested work, keep project records, prepare billing notes or refer back to past support history. Please avoid uploading sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the support request.
I may share your information in the following circumstances:
I do not sell your personal information to data brokers or third parties for marketing purposes.
PKTechie services may use third-party providers for hosting, deployment, databases, email delivery, authentication, analytics, AI processing, payment handling, file storage, error monitoring or other operational needs. Examples may include providers such as Netlify, Neon, Resend, Google, Stripe, OpenAI or similar tools, depending on the service being used. These providers may process information in Australia or overseas according to their own terms and privacy practices.
Some of my service providers (such as cloud hosting providers, email services, AI services, database providers or analytics tools) may be located outside Australia. When I use these services, your information may be processed in those countries as part of providing the services, including (for example) the United States or other countries where these providers are based. I take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and configure services in a way that supports privacy and security.
I use reasonable technical and organisational measures to help protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. This may include authentication controls, role-based access, tenant separation, secure passwords or invite flows, encrypted connections, access controls and limiting access to people or providers who need it to operate the service. However, no system can be 100% secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.
I keep your information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. For example, I may retain contact form submissions, CareHub support history, onboarding acceptance records, billing notes, time entries, uploaded files and project-related emails for business record-keeping, tax, dispute handling, service continuity and client support purposes. Where information is no longer reasonably needed, I may delete, archive or de-identify it where practical.
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to request access to or correction of your personal information that I hold. If you would like to access or correct your information, please contact me at admin@pktechie.com.au. I will respond to your request within a reasonable time.
You may also ask me to delete information where it is no longer needed. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business, legal, tax, security, dispute resolution or service continuity reasons.
If you receive emails from me about my services or updates, you can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email (if provided) or by contacting me directly at admin@pktechie.com.au. Transactional emails related to CareHub access, invitations, onboarding, support requests, comments, approvals, invoices or security may still be sent where needed to provide the service.
If you have a complaint about how I have handled your personal information, please contact me first at admin@pktechie.com.au, and I will do my best to resolve it.
If you are not satisfied with my response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC). You can find more information about making a privacy complaint on the OAIC website at oaic.gov.au.
I may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in my practices or for legal, operational or regulatory reasons. The most current version will always be available on this page. I encourage you to review this policy periodically.
Effective date: May 2026
